Trade Information

You have a dollar and I have a dollar. We trade. Now we each have a dollar and we are no better off than we were before the trade. But, if I have a ceremony and you have a ceremony and we trade, now we each have two, and are better off than before the trade.

It is based on this philosophy that I have managed to collect and then share ceremonies with thousands of Scouters around the country.

What to Trade

First on my list of trading goods are Powwow books. They contain a wealth of Cub Scout material and are the primary source of the ceremonies in the collection. They not only contain ceremonies but songs, skits, games and craft material based on the Cub Scout Themes for a given year.

1) If you have a Powwow book that is not in my collection, I will be willing to email you my entire ceremony collection in exchange for your book. If your book is in electronic format & not in my collection we can trade by E-mail with no cost to either of us.

2) No book…. No problem. How about a Council Shoulder Patch or OA Lodge flap?

3) As a last resort, cash will work. I can always use it to buy more space for this web site or to offset my costs for distribution. If we go with this option I will provide the CD and the postage. You provide the cash. The cost for the CD version is $25.

If you want the collection, drop me an E-mail telling me which option you like. If I agree THEN AND ONLY THEN will we do the trade.

Having been burned several times by Scouters who fail to live up to their half of the trade, I have adopted a policy of not sending out my half of the trade until I receive yours. Sorry.
